They were so professional and their customer service is exemplary! We never had to oversee their worker because they were on top of it each and everyday. Great experience and beautiful final product! Let me first state building a pool is pretty stressful regardless of what company you choose. However, anytime I reached out to Marcelo and Ezio they were quick to reply back. My particular design was very custom and specific and they worked through everything with me. I can say from hearing about other pool companies that there are always issues with the actual pool company never coming to site to check on things and the contractors, not the case here. Marcelo and Ezio were both regularly on site and physically got involved in the process. Would highly recommend!!!
