Information we collect
Information you provide in our forms. When you submit a form on our website, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property address or city, the services you are interested in, and the project details you write in your message. Our forms also record technical source information — the page where the form was submitted, the referring page, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid when they are present — so we know how you found us. Form submissions are stored in our website system and delivered to our team by email.
Conversations with Blue, our virtual assistant. Blue is available on our website (chat and WhatsApp) and by phone. When you talk or write to Blue, we receive the questions you ask and the contact and project details you share during the conversation — for example your name, phone number, ZIP code, whether the project is for a home or a business, and what you want to build — so our team can prepare and follow up with you. As Blue states at the start of the conversation, the conversation may be recorded.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools collect usage information such as pages visited, interactions with the site, device and browser information, and they use cookies and similar identifiers, including to measure how our advertising performs (for example, whether an ad led to a form submission or a conversation with Blue).
How we use the information
- To respond to your inquiry, discuss and prepare your pool project, schedule consultations, and provide our services.
- To register and manage your request in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and coordinate follow-up by our team, without asking you to repeat information when you move between chat, WhatsApp, phone and email.
- To measure, maintain and improve our website, our service and our advertising.
Service providers
We use the following service providers, which process information on our behalf as part of providing their services:
- WP Engine — website hosting.
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Goldfish10X — the platform that operates Blue, our virtual assistant, across chat, WhatsApp and phone.
- Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Meta — Facebook and Instagram advertising and the Meta Pixel. If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also provides us the information you submit there so we can respond.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
